Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Straight Rye

Nose: black pepper, spearmint, and that classic BT cherry note Palate: rye forward, more spearmint, and some dill. Peppery and the rye singes the sides of the tongue. Creamy mouthfeel Finish: short but satisfying. The pepper sticks around and the cherry sweetness comes through An overall great, unchallenging, and enjoyable sipping rye. It’s good, fruit nose with nice burn but not typical rye. Drinks more like a 100 proof bourbon.
