Connemara Original Peated Single Malt

The nose is bright sweet pear, vanilla and soft peat smoke. The mouth is sweet, floral, vanilla and herbal(?) peat. Aftertaste slowly goes from sweet to peaty with some hints of anise and finishing of pleasingly spicy. This is really good!

Nose- light with pear and light fruit notes. Smell of peated scotch. Taste- light like a traditional Irish whiskey to start. Then caramel and apricot and pear notes. Finish of pear and caramel. Overall a light bodied whiskey as is traditional of an Irish with a heavy scotch note due to the peat.
