Cooper's Mark Small Batch Bourbon

This was a great find on sale at BevMo. High proof, but smooth. There were notes of vanilla. This may become my next everyday Bourbon.

Maple or brown sugar on the nose. Touch of something bitter on the back end of the taste.

Trying this one again with another review Nose - light nose. Little bit of honey and vanilla. Taste - starts light, brings in some vanilla and honey notes. Finish is rather short with some spices and lightly hot finish. Nothing complex with this one at all, but the taste is really not bad. Overall and value - cheap bottle, cheap price, cheap looking label in my opinion. Bourbon is just so so, nothing complex at all but it’s not bad.
