thick and spicy! I think this is a good one to knock you over, if that's what you want

Crisp apples, orange marmalade, hay & still green grass. Smell is sharper/brighter than the taste with a nice lingering finish that only just hints at smoke.

N - pear/fruit, sea salt T - peat, brine, caramel, honey F - smoke Had a tasting. First time I’d heard of it. Not your typical speyside but was pleasantly surprised.
