Vegetal and sweet. Slightly bitter but lingers for a long while. Pretty pleasant

It’s the amaro version of Campari. Mouthfeel is a little thicker and has the subtlest hints of bitter chocolate. Works great as a Campari substitute in a negroni (call it a Sin - Cyn).
