I froze it like they suggested. I’m not knowledgeable enough on whisky like I am beer, so struggle a bit with the tasting note, but getting a bit of banana, malt, oak, caramel, honey, smokey and a hint of pear which I don’t associate with highland whisky - very warming on finish
