Devils River Small Batch Bourbon

Terrible. Weak. No flavor from barrel

Goes in like medicine....very limited smoothness from the aging. Lacks my favorite aspects of Bourbon...that corn sweetness balanced with the oak smoothness and the kick. I don't love this....for half the price you can get a bottle of Wild Turkey 80 proof and have a much better experience.

This tasted as if I were chewing on a piece of bark. Maybe I got a bad bottle, but it definitely did not live up to the high praise I heard about it.

All I really taste is rice and undercooked cake.

Nice smell. Font end mild. back end a little strong. I would buy this again.
