Reviewed July 23, 2022It’s got personality. Strong caramel. Some cherry. Slight whiff of ethanol, but not too strong. Love the bottle (sorry, had to say it). Follow their recess, it’s real farm to bottle. Props for that. I think they’ll continue to grow. -

Reviewed February 17, 2022 (edited January 23, 2023)I think this is fine. It's on the level of Evan Williams white label or recent tasting of Wilderness Trail BiB, high rye recipe. Maybe slightly better. Not as good as the New Riff bourbons I tried. I'd be interested to try this at cask strength. Happy to drink this, but won't be buying a bottle, as it seems I can get relatively similar quality for 12 bucks.
