Early Times Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon

A sweet smell and Interesting taste of charred oak.

Vanilla on the nose. When tasting I get cereal grain and bread. Fine for the price. Maybe a hint of soap finish like a Stella Artois.

Smooth BIB. Fairly mellow but caramelly, almost buttery on the tongue with very light spice coming out on the finish. Enough alcohol to know it’s there, but not overpowering at all. Good value at $28.

A little harsh but overall a great value

I like this one, I put it in the same league as Wild Turkey 101 except it's nose is muted and it is more sweet and sour whereas WT101 is sweet and spicy.
