Fiddler Unison Bourbon

Pretty sweet. Definitely a Wheaty and Malty flavor. Would be great in an old fashioned or other cocktail but not my favorite for sipping.

The lighter color gives an appearance hint that this isn’t very old juice, but it does have some initial caramel flavor followed by medium heat and some ethanol burn. Decent for a mixer, not so much for on the rocks or neat.
