Frank August Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Odd finish

To me it really smells Okie like a chart oak. The more it sat in the glass with the piece of ice the more it smell like an old fashion maybe a good bourbon to use on an old-fashion 

Middle teir bourbon, reminds me of WTRB but i like it a liltle less. It comes in a very nice bottle, you can keep it for blends.

Nose is woody (cedar) and mint. Some mint follows on the palate (wintergreen gum). Trying to pick out the fruit. Short finish. Its a very approachable bourbon.

Great flavor on the roof of the mouth

Easy drinking, flavorful, but not my favorite flavor profile

Nice and tasty. Quite smooth
