Frey Ranch Straight Bourbon

Smell: Fruity, vanilla, spice Taste: Vanilla comes through the most. Strong cherry flavor. Mellows after the first sip

First sniff has notes of spice and light fruit tones. First sip has notes of vanilla and cherry with a spicy / bready after taste. That finishes off the pallet.

Vanilla, cedar, cherry, and strawberry.

The nose is a blend of oak and something sweet. The taste is vanilla, brown sugar and cherry. There is a little cinnamon in the finish that prevents it from being cloying. The mouthfeel is the perfect thickness. I could drink way too much of this!

Very unintimidating bourbon, or said differently, nice and light. Full, yet vanilla on the pallette, with a floral / nutty finish
