George Dickel 9 Year Hand Selected Barrel

9 yr, bottle #60. Room temp vs cube didn’t change the tasting drastically which was nice. Nose is floral, apricot sugar. Taste comes across sweet, vanilla, caramel. Bit of pepper on backend but very subtle. The char is very easy and mild. Well done.

Tried at Puckett’s Grocery and Restaurant in Franklin, TN

Nose is light vanilla and woody with a bit of apple. Taste is oaky and semisweet vanilla with a combo sweet and pepper finish
