George Remus Single Barrel Straight Bourbon (2020 Release)

Blind N: rye spice, plastic poncho, CEDAR, weird, powder sugar T: dry cedar, vanilla, caramel

Classic bourbon taste. Char and a bit of oak. Very enjoyable

Nose of cherry pie and light char Palate sweet cherry and vanilla but mixed with rye spice Finish is on the short end of medium of red hots candy

Nose: Very limited, but I get strong banana. Palette: Nutmeg and a little cherry. Finish: needed an ice cube to tame the burn a little, but overall a mild finish.
