Glenglassaugh Octaves Classic

Nose: 4* Pleasantly balanced vanilla, fresh citric and soft tropical fruits, hint of sawdust. Palate: 4,25* Round, quite thick on arrival with milk chocolate, soft pears, sherry and spices Finish: 4* Pepper and sherry, lingering funk Overall very rounded and nicely balanced, soft and sophisticated simple flavors.

Very good on the nose, smells alot of sherry. Dissapear fast, but a long lingering taste.

I prefer its PX brother but this isn't to shabby. It isn't however distinct..very mellow middle of the road.
