Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12 Year

Sweet and tart on the nose, puts me in mind of strawberry rhubarb pie. The palate is sweet and earthy malt barley. The finish reclaims the slightly tart notes like the bits of pie filling that oozed out in the oven and toasted on the edge of the pan.
