Excellent! Sweet on the nose, with an earthy element in the flavor. A bit of smoky-char as well. Picked this up on the KBT. Had a personal tour with Dave the owner. He shared a taste of the Premium OCD, and signed all of our bottles, 8 all together!! 12/21/22 - Still excellent! Less of the char tonight, more sweetness. Warm medium length finish. 3/29/23 - Repurchased @ the distillery.

Hot, even for the proof. Burnt sugar and oak, vanilla, spices and char. Not bad

Caramel and brown sugar bouquet. Sweet smooth mouth feel. Light finish
