Hamilton Overproof 151 Rum

An excellent 151 that actually has flavor! Notes of burnt sugar and molasses that adds flavor and kick to mixed drinks. This works really well in a 151 Swizzle.

A 151 with actual flavor! It’s powerful, but with a nice molasses note.

Rich dark molasses on the nose, you wouldn’t know this is such high proof. That same molasses on the palette, bitter yet sweet, followed by some serious heat, finishes with baking spices that are on fire. I think this is better than the (new) Lemon Hart.
