Henry McKenna Straight Bourbon

Cheap - fine for mixing I suppose. I overpaid - could've got it cheaper at a different store. Live and learn.

For the price it's pretty good. Easy to drink with not much of an astringent burn. Flavors aren't very complex, but not unpleasant. Only slightly sweet, with some hints of tea leaves. Has a mild aftertaste of oak and leather.

Hard to beat at this price point. A touch of vanilla, a hint of caramel, and rounds out with no shortage of sweet corn

Not bad, but the flavors just drops off after a few seconds.

Surprisingly tasty. Goes down very easily. Flavor is enhanced by a wedge of orange.
