High West Double Rye Barrel Select

The nose is a spicy mint. Very caramel and minty on the palate. You can tell it’s a young rye. Not much of a finish. Not sure I would rate this one higher then HW Rendezvous like some people.

Great rye

Pretty good. Definitely taste the rye and has lots of barrel. Has a bit more sharpness than a typical rye. Lots of oak and heat on the finish. This one is a 2018 3 year old barrel select store pick from Bansum.
