Highland Park 12 Year

I’m coming around on HP. I bought a bottle a couple of months ago and was put off by the peat. In the interim I’ve tried quite a few other single malts. Having come back now, I’m surprised at how sweet and fruity it is. It’s remarkable how the palate can change and mature over time.
