Sweet, Oak, alcohol (not peppery), butter, honey

Tasting neat: Nose is full of sweet honey and vanilla, like the vanilla custard in crème brûlée, with just the slightest hint of smoke and green apples. Palate bounces between vanilla and a citrus zing, with lovely smoke throughout. Finishes with more pleasant smoke and a hint of hazelnut/vanilla.
