Highland Park Spirit of the Bear

Nose: bit smoke, more salty, some citrus notes but sweet also, like passion fruit cheesecake, very nice Mouth: spicy, lot pepper and some ginger at the end, less sweet than the nose but the citrus ones are stronger, almost at the end you get a dark chocolate note, very pleasant
