Good n smooth

Cask strength bottle: needs quite a bit of water to tone down. Spicy and sweet but lots of depth and very drinkable.

Fresh cut grass, floral,

The nose is grain-forward with notes of corn chips, rye, orange extract, and cherry. This is a little spicy for the proof and tastes young. It is oaky and a little bitter with a short finish.
