Horse Soldier Premium Straight Bourbon

Nose: lightly sweet, raisins, cherries Neat: brown sugar, light hug, short easy finish; sometimes cough syrup hits the palate Of the three regular releases by Horse Soldier, this was my favorite. Had more flavor than the other two.

This is a fantastic affordable bourbon that remains in my top 10 to buy or recommend! It drinks very smooth. The emotional story behind the label makes it better as well. I'm not including much detail about flavor profiles, notes, and finish because as of right now, my Bourbon/Whiskey pallet is still pretty underdeveloped with more than 50 tracked tastings, but less than 100 as of 2022. (That's not all consumed, just all appreciated outside of shots and mixers)

My favorite bourbon thus far. I'm in my third bottle. Smooth taste and is best to me over ice. Favorite mix is 50 simply lemonade and 50 horse soldier.
