I.W. Harper 15 Year Bourbon

Excellent, very smooth, great vanilla bouquet, wonderful!

The nose is very attractive with sweet Carmel and vanilla. On the palate the you find an initial burst of sweet sugar followed quickly by stone fruit. The finish is slightly quick and drying. I find that the oak is a little two biting in the back of the palate.
