I.W. Harper 15 Year Bourbon

Vanilla, cherries, sweet, very smooth.

Good but not great. It still has a strong alcohol bite for a 15 year of not a high proof. I drink it neat and won’t be buying another bottle of this ever again. Better bourbons to be had at this price point.

Cherry & Banana on nose & palate. A Bourbon where 3 drops of water are mandatory. Opens up quite nicely.. Brown sugar comes out as well.
