Banana, banana and more banana. Some spice and oak on thr finish. Light vanilla throughout. What i imagine alcoholic banana bread taste like

Sweet, banana runts flavor, thin astringent after taste. Not that great IMO

Too sweet on its own but would go well with a cocktail with a sour "shrub" to balance out the sweetness.
