Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Voyage 17

Really interesting bourbon. Salty and seaweed notes that remind me of an islay scotch but with the usual sweet maple notes of a bourbon. Nothing else like it on my shelf.

Slight apple smell and flavor. Very smooth

Heavy caramel aromas right at the start, and a medium, very mild finish with some really unique and interesting oak flavors trailing off in the finish. Would almost describe it as smoky, with a hint of salt. Absolutely love this bourbon
