Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Voyage 17

Very different from any other bourbon I’ve tried. Unfortunately, I’m not a fan. Seems salty, though I’m sure it wasn’t exposed directly to the salt air. Anyway, odd flavor.

Nose-vanilla, candied orange, tobacco and oak, especially pronounced when neat. Carmel, vanilla, char and baking spices on the palette. Super smooth. Though I usually prefer a small cube in mine, this one is better neat, I think. Very good.
