Jefferson's Reserve Twin Oak Custom Barrel Bourbon

Smooth spicy. Nice oily finish

I usually have bourbon with a cube of ice but when I tried this one with a cube it really took away the flavor to the point I was disappointed. Tried it neat afterwards and it was much better, still not one of my favorites.

Carmel, vanilla, brown sugar. Birthday gift from my sister and brother in law. This is right in my wheelhouse. Dig it.
