Johnny Drum Private Stock Bourbon

Too much cinnamon on the nose and the palate. Would not have been surprised if this were a flavored whiskey. Unpleasant alcohol taste. Tastes ok in a Manhattan. Would not buy a bottle or a dram, for sipping or mixing, but I wouldn't pour it out if I had a bottle (which I do now).

Little burn, spice on the tongue. Tasting a bit of apple/cinnamon

Dusty corn, caramel, cinnamon

A bit briney like all of the Willet’s tonight...

Cinnamon on the palate. Hot on the front with loads of cinnamon through the middle. Medium long finish. Makes a pretty interesting component for a julep.
