Kaiyō Japanese Mizunara Oak

I don't like this.

Pretty plain

Very good with a drop of water

Unique copper nose, and it extends right into the palate. The palate is nice and full. Finish is somewhat extensive. The oak is subdued and there’s a nice fruity pear in the mid-palate. I’d drink it again, but wouldn’t buy a whole bottle.

Too spicy for my taste
