Kilchoman Sanaig (2020 Edition)

Smoky, peaty, Sherry, dark Berry, dark color, wood

Very deep color! Smoky! Intensive sweetness! BUT too young! The alcohol taste is hidden behind the strong smoke.

Very smoky and peaty... I get dried dark fruit, raisins behind the smoke... oily finish, with oaky vanilla notes. Not bad, not great.

This was bottled in 2/2019 but I only see a 2018 and then goes to a 2020 bottling on Distiller ratings. This bottle I have is just OK. Will not buy again.

I liked this better than the machir bay
