Knob Creek Smoked Maple

Nice drink on ice. Mid range pricing and very flavorful.

Too sweet. Would mix well with bacon and pancakes

Sweet. Smoother than I expected at a 90 proof. Maple definitely comes through strong. Not much smoke. Very sweet nose

Overly sweet. First sip was amusing and novel, after that it was too much. Might be a great mixer for a specific cocktail, but by itself it is a hard pass for me.
