Reviewed September 13, 2020 (edited February 9, 2021)Nose is very dill like with some sweetness. Palate is rich with dill, anise or black liquorice, and green grass. Finish is quick bit still pretty much dill. A good rye but a little young tasting overall. Local made in Moore. A bit of water makes it sweeter but it's still pretty dill forward.38.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed March 17, 2020 (edited October 18, 2022)Nose: Big Red chewing gum. I swear I couldn’t tell the difference. Palate: Extremely smooth and sweet for a rye. Cinnamon and black tea are the dominate notes to me. Finish: Once again, smooth. Cinnamon and brown sugar (maybe?). No big “KY Hug”. Fine whisky. Would never have thought it was a rye in a blind test. Smooth and sweet. More of an after dinner drink to me. Probably not a daily drinker, but it has a place on any bar. -
