Mars Kasei

Pears, grass, fresh ocean breeze. Sweet and salty mix on the palate. Finish is a bit acidic.

A bottle opened at PinTa, Pula. Thanks, little Dina. Pale brownish golden. Aroma is soft vanilla, fruity, a touch of orange, caramel, hint of smoke, rum-like. A bit rough on the tongue, some oak at first, smoke, sweet vanilla and dried fruit. A sourish raisin, green apple and ripe apple touch in the back. Oak in the finish. Slick texture, medium moutfeel, quite rich, sweet-sour finish.

Super smooth. Really light with notes of honey and grape coming through. A lovely little sipper with no burn at all. Sweetness increases after a while, very enjoyable. Whisky me pouch

Smooth, caramel, honey. Pretty subtle, would be a good daily drinker.
