Martell VSOP Medallion Cognac

Oaky caramel with a salty lime note (is this what they call "rancio"?). A little off-putting on its own, but the perfect kind of flavor for mixing with DiSaronno (my drink "fixer"). This actually gets better with oxidation, I noticed, bringing out more of the raisiny notes hidden behind the tang at first.

Bit too much of the raisins or maple syrupy sweetness. Besides that nice and smooth.
