Reviewed November 10, 2021 (edited March 8, 2022)Color: Tawny / Auburn Nose: Butterscotch | Caramel | Vanilla | Oak | Mild Heat Palate: Creamy medium-heavy mouthfeel. Builds over time. The butterscotch is the prevalent note and is delightful. Hints of caramel and bananas are also present. Little to no heat on the initial sip but slowly grows over time. Never overpowering as expected at this proof. Finish: Little to no heat in the finish. Dominated by the butterscotch palate leaving you wanting another sip. Vanilla and sweet oak.
