Nose: Very corn forward. There’s an underlying creaminess that is nice, followed by corn cereal sweetness reminiscent of Frosted Flakes, whipping cream, powdered sugar, milk chocolate. Very soft nose, not a ton of flavor punch.
Palate: Sugar sweetness hits the front of the front of the palate, then dissipates to more of a dense vanilla cream. Hints of coffee bean come with the mid palate, like a vanilla latte and the finish is somewhat flat in my opinion. Not super oily, but also wouldn’t consider it to be thin.
Overall: Very approachable, soft whiskey with loads of vanilla and cream. Nothing that will blow you away with huge flavor or complexity, but a good pour all the same.
