Midleton Very Rare 2021

Excellent whisky. Great balance and flavor. Would be a 5 except that I think it trades incredible balance for a bit of uniqueness that would push it over the top. And considering the price ($225 USD) this can hold its own against pricier expressions.

I liked it.

So smooth, long finish. Almost too easy to drink!

Peach, sherry, honey nose/ bakers chocolate, black tea front middle/ peppery, grassy finish
