Nose: really enjoy the nose on this one…dark fruits, spiced butterscotch
Taste: mild spice, very soft, heat doesn’t linger nor does flavor
Overall: it’s ok. It doesn’t wow me, but it’s not horrible either. Not a fan of flavor not following through and this is definitely one of those.
Definitely MGP like rye but more dark fruit and slightly dusty with the port finish in Texas. Compared to my other MGP double rye which is brighter and more menthol this one is darker and richer. This is not one you want to pass up. If you see it, get it.
