Mashbill: corn, rye, and maybe some wheat, in the mix. One source said "high rye" and another, "high corn". Previously aged 15 years And now "4-20" (10-11?). (Willett-KBD) Chocolatey and brown sugar aroma. A bit nutty and the rye comes through on the palate with a bitter chocolate flavor. Rich and smooth (though I would not call it viscous) and only needs a few drops of water at most. Bottles seem to vary quite a bit and it seems like this does well with some extra air in the bottle. Over time it seems to get better.
