Noah's Mill Bourbon

4.5 - starts out hot. Benefits greatly with some water or one rock. Spicy and full yet still a creamy finish. Flavors lean toward fall and winter drinking.

First off I had an empty stomach to start. This one bit hard and warmed all the way down. It's sweeter than I normally prefer but bright. Probably not a great starter and definitely not a sipping whiskey. Down in one or none.
