Reviewed July 18, 2020 (edited May 21, 2021)Vanilla and caramel with notes of fruit and spice on the nose. It has a complexity and richness that I assume comes from the use of the pot still. Palate: dark fruit with vanilla and caramel. Nutmeg and cinnamon with a hint of black pepper. Creamy and rich with a medium finish. Willett has yet to disappoint me. I would take this over many bottles at 2-3x the price -

Reviewed July 3, 2020Alcohol burn for sure, but it has good cherry and oak notes. Would be good to use in Manhattan. Not bad for the price.20.0 USD per Bottle -
