Reviewed December 15, 2020I was really lucky to get a sample from a friend. Really exciting to taste, and some very solid bourbon. My wife says it’s almost worth the price (I told her $150 a bottle) which is a pretty strong compliment. Nose - big caramel and brown sugar up front, some solid cinnamon and mint, maple syrup, a bit of peanuts, and some sharp wheat notes Palette- medium bodied, spicy, dark caramel, a bit hot, some cinnamon, maybe a bit of black pepper Finish - lingering spice with a touch of maple sweetness, medium heat -
