Caramel and some rye spice. Fair bit of alcohol heat. 3.5

Nose: Holiday/Wintery, Spices, Cinnamon baked apples, All spice, Brown sugar oatmeal, Tabacco. Taste: Follows the nose quite well, Spices, Carmel apples, Savory brisket smoke and char, Cherry, Leather, Finish: Long, Spicy, Oaky (not a burning sensation rather a nice ginger snap cookie finish.) So good.

Smooth, neat or with a few drops of water to open it up. Great finish . Makes my short list of sipping whiskeys.

Nose: Very sweet, some ethanol Palate: Hot up front with oak and sweet caramel notes. Finish gives way to a spicy, almost medicinal cinnamon.
