Sweet but spicy smell. Initial big bite that subsides with a comforting aftertaste.

Lightly spicy with a strong honey and bits of cinnamon coating the palate, transitioning smoothly on subtle notes of wood and maple for a lengthy and rich finish. The Sauterne Cask finish really deliver on the mouthfeel but overall a bit too sweet
