Nose- creamy vanilla, orange soda, black pepper, rich oak throughout, tobacco Palate- smoke and charred oak, spices, roasted nuts, orange, and corn on the cob Finish- Spicy undertones with hints of oak and tobacco Bold and in your face, and anything but sweet. This is a fantastic bourbon that hides its proof on both the nose and finish. Nicely balanced and just what you would expect from an 11 year single barrel bourbon from Parkers.

Deep deep flavor but a little burn

Water or on the rock

Virtually no alcohol burn on the nose which is amazing for the proof. Pepper and spices on the nose with a little smoke and caramel. Lots of spicy on the taste but super smooth going down.
