Penelope Barrel Strength Bourbon (Batch 7)

I don’t understand the low rating, I really enjoyed this bottle.

Fruit and spice on the back end.

Warm well rounded sweet notes, figgy… Nose really is like a Fig Newton. Some heat, but not unbearably so. A little bit of sugar cookie with cinnamon and some toasty notes at the end. Nicely balanced.

Smell: Caramel, vanilla, grain and fruit Taste: fruit and caramel. Has a burn to it.
